Our work is guided by clear values: building technologies with real-world impact, pursuing excellence in everything we do, setting ambitious goals, and taking on the hardest technical challenges. We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager at Harmattan AI, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable functioning of our operations across MEA regions. You will support and execute a wide range of operational, administrative, and people-related activities, while contributing to the structuring and continuous improvement of our internal processes.
This role requires a high level of rigor, adaptability, and ownership. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with high standards, where attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong execution mindset are essential.
